“Working with Michelle has been a powerful experience. Michelle's grounding in therapy as well as coaching has been vital for me. I am aware of how my formative experiences impact on my relationship with the world today - and I wanted to be able to explore all of these aspects in the sessions. I was worried that I would need to come with a specific dilemma or thing I wanted to work through career-wise, but instead it has been so valuable to have a regular space to reflect and uncover processes and progress in this way.”
Previous Client, Freelance Consultant
My coaching practice combines my training as both an Institute of Leadership and Management trained Executive Coach and a therapist. It also builds on over twenty years senior management experience. Prior to establishing my coaching practice, I worked as a CEO of mental health charities for over a decade and had a previous career in advertising and marketing in corporates, such as Coca-Cola
My experience as a CEO means I understand and empathise with the many challenges faced in leadership roles. I combine this with offering my clients practical tools, techniques and frameworks that help develop new perspectives and ways forward.
